A kinetic site-specific sculpture that drew from historical images of the carnivale from a range of cultures and religions. Fusing religious iconography to acpects of arcane medical texts and to medieval bestiaries, the figures moved slowly in a dance that refelcted and mimiced the celebrations of the largest folk festival in the Southern Hemisphere. The work was constructed in wood and spare parts and powered by redeployed motors from windscreen wipers.
